Swim drill day

I swam 1300 yards this morning, pretty much all drills.
400 warm up: 100 free, 100 with right hand in fist, 100 with left hand in fist, 100 free
6x50: kick drills
12x50: increasing intensity

I nailed my flip turns today. Finally! Definitely helps with endurance.
