This morning was fun. I rode 27 miles on the bike trail at a good clip (~18 mph on the trail, but my overall mph was less because of traffic lights and cars and stuff like that). My plan was to do more, but the trail was closed off, so I turned around and went back home. Once I got home, I had lots of energy, so I did P90X Shoulders and arms and Ab Ripper X. That Ab Ripper X is a killer! First time I've done it in months.
I feel great today. Lots of energy. Good sleep last night. Hungry. Exercise is the best thing ever!
