killer headache=no training

I awoke this morning with a killer headache, so I skipped my planned run. Probably just because I didn't eat enough yesterday. It can be tough to take in enough calories and fluids when you're training a lot. The headache finally went away in the early afternoon after I ate a bunch of carbs and drank about 70 ounces of water.

Back to the pool tomorrow.
