Sunday strength

Today I did P90X chest and back. Good workout. My fave P90X dvd. This was a bad week, training wise. My IT bands are sore and I've just felt tired and dehydrated all week. Getting a massage today to loosen up the sore areas. Should help.

The pool is still closed. Stupid West Sac Rec Center!

I'm ready to hit the ground running tomorrow and have a great week. Lots of biking, running, and strength training (and hopefully some swimming).

My first tri in almost 4 years is 3 weeks from today. I'm excited!
