Sunday run and week 4 totals

Just finished a 5 mile run with the pig ninjas. I'm still really slow, but that's all right...especially since I rode hard yesterday. It's good to get the legs used to running while extremely fatigued. The doggies had fun, too, but they were definitely ready to be done.

First swim with the masters' team tomorrow. Definitely excited but apprehensive.

Week 4 totals:
swim: 500 yards
Run: 9 miles, 1 hr, 28 min
Bike: 108 miles, 7 hr 50 min

A big biking week. Overall good. Not enough swimming. Keeping the running miles low. Feeling better and better.
